Try this refreshing cold brew cocktail this weekend!

Summer is officially here and we’ve got cold brew on the brain. What better way to celebrate the season than with a buzzworthy libation?

Courtesy of NYC-based Cocktail Enthusiast and Amateur Home Bartender Alex Miller, this week’s Summer Sip features homemade cold brew and a healthy kick of Guinness and bourbon.



  1. Prepare cold brew to your recipe

  2. Make syrup
    Combine a 1:1 ratio of Guinness and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to dissolve
  3. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain liquid into an Irish whiskey glass
    Top with whipped cream and an orange wedge
