“It’s a proper Scotch coffee with brown sugar, Drambuie, scotch, and a healthy portion of whipped cream… It’s got a nice earthy flavor and has a touch of sweetness, but doesn’t go overboard.” If that doesn’t get you through the holidays, nothing will!

  • 1 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz Drambuie
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup drip coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Whole nutmeg

Time Needed: 25 minutes


  1. Add first three ingredients to a mug

  2. Pour in hot coffee

  3. Stir to mix

  4. Add a few healthy dollops of whipped cream

  5. Grate nutmeg over cream to taste
