“It’s a proper Scotch coffee with brown sugar, Drambuie, scotch, and a healthy portion of whipped cream… It’s got a nice earthy flavor and has a touch of sweetness, but doesn’t go overboard.” If that doesn’t get you through the holidays, nothing will!

- 1 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz Drambuie
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup drip coffee
- Whipped cream
- Whole nutmeg
Time Needed: 25 minutes
- Add first three ingredients to a mug
- Pour in hot coffee
- Stir to mix
- Add a few healthy dollops of whipped cream
- Grate nutmeg over cream to taste
